Naiku offers both teachers and students meaningful data to inform instruction and learning. But sometimes as teachers, we don't want students to see all of the data right away. For this reason, Naiku offers four different levels of student access to their test results. These views can be set on each assessment in "Student access" at the top left of the assessment creation page.
You will see these four options:
View 1: Reflection: Show score, items, responses, and answers (default)
The default view allows students access to the entire test including their score, questions wrong, and the correct answers.
View 2: Remediation: Show score, items, and responses
The main difference in this view is the lack of information in the item section. The correct answers are removed as well as the display as to what students got right and their answers. However, students can still see which questions they got wrong (listed in "Incorrect Items"). They can still also click on the "Reflection" button to do the reflections, it just won't show them the correct answer to each item.
View 3: Restriction: Show score only
In this view, students will only be able to see their overall score and confidence for each question. All other data is hidden from students.
View 4: Restriction: Show score only
In this view, students do not see anything, not even their score. They are simply given a message stating that they have successfully ended and submitted their test for scoring.
